Problems downloading skins for logonstudio XP. in Windows XP WinCustomize Forums

Everytime I try to download a skin it keeps sending me to a screen telling me register , (Where it also says that registration is free). Which I did in hopes of it letting me download some more skins. However, it just keeps sending me back to the same page and letting me download anything! Please help!
