Definitely having this problem with Windows Vista SP1 RC1 Build 17042.v658 (x64), Firefox 3.0 b1 build 2007110904, and Windowblinds 6.0 build 52 x64 Counter was to add firefox to the per application settings and set it to total exclusion in windowblinds.
