Specifying "permission text" in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

Hi there, Archane here. One day ago i uploaded a Sysmetrix skin, the eminence version that is. In the skin I have copied and used graphics from tehZERO's Eminence skin, i have sent an email to him asking for his approval wich he in turn replied and approved. In my upload, i have a .txt describing that i have his approval - brief. However, today i got an email from Wincustomize support saying that my upload was denied due to copyright matters.
