Ok I am on Windows 7 and WB10 too I have Eva and Arsenic Install... yup it show up on my pc too... never notice it before... Well, what I can say is it how the skin designed. Both by danillo. But I need to check if it also come up with my skin. Will get back to you if I found out more.

Hello, The fences does not disappeared it just move to another desktop pages. That why when you disable fences all the icons reappear. You can disable desktop pages if you go to the setting -> Desktop Pages -> un-tick the enable box to disable it and see if all the fences reappeared on your main desktop. Else you can learn how to navigate to different desktop with your mouse or keyboard.

Al, As mentioned if you on Win 10 . with any theme loaded you can only change the color. And the location of change will be in the SKS as mentioned previously.
Hello... Sorry about your problem. But why you post the problem in Galactic Civilizations ? Anyway its not a bug for WB. Its Firefox's. Try this out to solve it. On Firefox click on the three bar line to open menu. Click Customize -> Bottom left tick to select Title Bar. That should solve the Firefox problem.
Hello ALMonty, In SKS you can change color for Explorer background for Windows 10 at -> Change skin colour -> Show me the skin defined system colours -> Its in the last four colors on that list specifically for Windows 10
