Use Winver.exe to get these numbers. Which version you have installed on Connection explorer? Which Security software installed and running in the background? Perhaps you're having, compatibility issue with latest Windows 11 version. As a test, do a 30 days free trial on Start11v2 and see if the issue still appear. Try that and report back. Thank you, Basj, Stardock Community Assistant

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [ Link ]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge.
