I think it because the folder is lock by some other apps like antivirus or something similar to that... you can try unlock that folder by using something like unlocker http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Miscellaneous/Unlocker.shtml Personally, I use it a lot, specially when I need to disconnect external drive or rename some folders.

Hello OzTechGeek, 1. Yup, I checked, apparently there is bug on ODM detecting installed Fences as only 3.08 actually should be 3.08.1 hence it detect it have latest update yet tobe install.. 2. It is a known issue on SpaceMonger installed not properly update in ODM appearing as not installed. But SpaceMonger is actually correctly installed.

Hello, It seem working fine for me.. btw did you set it to autohide? Position -> select Automatically hide the bar when not in use. Than try the shortcut/hot key you set over in option -> Activate on a hotkey. I use "Ctrl + Num 4"

Hello, Just check mine. I am on windows 10 Pro with Start 10 1.56. On my system it only take less then a second to display Control Panel menu. But maybe because my OS is on SSD.
