I have the same issue. Version 1.71 installed. I also am displaying the Control Panel as a Menu. Ran the PURGE and reinstalled, to no avail. It's been exactly 7 months since the problem was forwarded to Stardock Support, so when might we see this issue fixed? Thank you.

Exact same issue. Version 1.71 currently installed. Ran the Purge_StartALL.bat file referenced by AzDude to no avail. Issue remains with all the default settings, prior to re-configuring Start10 with my preferences. My experience is slightly worse, in that the blank seems to mess with the items in the list not all appearing in alphabetical order. After the blank, I have several items that are out of order, before order is restored after them.

Not everything works with Windows 7 RC (Build 7100) 64-bit. Rather disappointing actually. The Taskbar and Start Button never get changed, and the System Tray looks funky (scrolled down, with the upper half of the icons showing). Maybe an update will fix these issues. Sure hope so, as this has a great look & feel.

Stardock Central & CursorFX in CursorFX Stardock Forums

In Stardock Central, CursorXP is still listed under "Misc" - but CursorFX is nowhere to be found. Will this change soon? Perhaps when the updated CursorFX with all the bug-fixes gets released in the next few days? Thanks!
