Converting a mod from DA to Twilight in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

Heya. I was using a race mod for Dark Avatar, and I was wondering if anyone knows of any guides or instructions for what one would do to convert a race from DA to be twilight-compatable. I tried just moving the files into the new folders, but predictably it didn't work. I don't really /need/ to use it for Twilight, but it would be nice.
