After startup my XP does not load the skin in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Each time I start the computer, windows XP does not load the skin I have set. The Help of WindowBlinds states the following: "If you are running Windows XP and find that the skins you set are not loading on startup, please come to the Downloads page at http://www.windowblinds.net and look for a tweaked update file to resolve that." However I cannot find this update file. Am I going (window)blind? Who can help me with this? gw from the netherlands
