Hi, I was just wondering, in the not too distant past, as an OD subscriber, you got a 20% discount when buying a windowblinds skin. The last year(?) this no longer seems to be the case. Besides, the skins became really expensive. For example, for a USD 6,95 skin I now have to pay € 8,95 Is that true, of am I missing something? Thanks, Arnoud

Hi Basj, f.e., Ninja (don3518) is not a masterskin. Strangely enough, one of the only skins that does still seem to work (so, there is a difference between light and dark substyle) is Limited (Lightstar), also, not a masterskin. Thanks, Arnoud

* Update * Something really weird happened just now: if I click the search button in the WB window, and select ( i.e. type) 'Lightstar', then these (Lightstar) skins _do have_ different light and dark substyles, but if I select a skin any other way the differences are not shown and/or applied. *edit* The right effect (= there is a diff. between light and dark substyle) only appears with the a few (Ligthstar) skins, f.e. Limited and Pluton, the other skin

Hi all, Since I installed the last skin, i.e. Vengeance (a masterskin) by Lightstar, about 1 week ago, there no longer is a (/any) difference between the light and dark substyles on all(!) my skins (and I have quite a few installed). I talked about his with Tom (Lightstar) as it happened directly after installing his skin, and he adviced me to uninstall WB, restart, run a registry cleaner, restart, re-install WB (an skins), and see what happens. I used it many times before without any problems also in the recent past, but now it keeps generating a message _after_ directing to, and logging into, my Paypal account, saying "Something is not working right now". Having the same problem here as rdtarkus (OP) has. Win 10 Pro, new pc, in perfect shape, everything runs smoothly. Then, after installing WB 10.6, (fresh install, no former WB version) I immed. get a black screen. Tried to restart. Same thing. After appr 10 seconds, windows returns autom. to the login screen. If I login again, immed. black screen again. So, am in a loop. Had to de-install WB in win safe mode. Thanks, arnoud

Update: I am wondering if I do have the same problem or not. Because, I just read the Changelog of WB 10.5 on Stardock's WB site and saw there was already a fix for this Hyper-V in WB version 10.51. The version I installed was the most recent version, which I downloaded 7-8 days ago from the stardock site itself, so must have been a (much) more recent version than 10.51...

Same problem here. Black screen after which windows automatically returns to login screen. Logging on again, black screen again. So, stuck in a loop. Restart pc, no change. Had to de-install WB in safe mode. I read about the HyperV in this thread, is that a nVidia mode/driver? Thanks, arnoud

Same inssue, Win 10 Pro, latest windowblinds release I downloaded today. Immediately after running it fors 1st time post install I get a black screen. Nothing could be done. So, hard reset: login screen appears normal, but immed. after login in, the same black window, but this time Win returns to the login screen, tried this 3 times. Finally had to find out how to boot in safe mode, succeeded, and succeeded to de-install. Fatal practice on Stardock's side if yo ask me!
