We don't know - KeyWeb told me, that they did not do anything, so they exclude that the problem was on their side. Anyways, Verizon verisimilar isn't going to tell what happened exactely. -S.

In fact this is nearly impossible. We changed our IP, so it is in fact impossible that the problem is related to us. As you all are used to, please post a ping and tracert...

Stop playing the stressed one, zyx. As soon as the general TLD-DNS settings are updated - I hope in 12hrs till max. 36hrs - at least the last ISP have updated their nameservers, so we are back online. This has nothing to do with Germany - if the US-Servers wouldn't have blocked our old IP, everything would be fine, so... of course stef will be tared and feathered for the "great IP-change from hell". [e digicons];P[/e] Did I already mention my aversion against dns-problems?
Well, for those who can't enter I-Mod atm: Stefan installed the new IP but forgot to setup the nameservers with them. I set them up now. Within 24 hours we should be reachable again for all.
The connection IS possible.
As Stefan said, we - or better I - had to change the IP into a new one, we got temporary from Keyweb, because some ISP named Alter.net seems to block us. Related to the Availability of our site: Stefan is semi-right; all, who haven't visited us today already should be able to connect to I-Mod, all others have to flush their DNS-Cache (also on their routers).
Of course, there is a big hint on our mainpage about it... What is wrong with the postings? I simply wrote, what should be clear anyways. Fact: our server is not the problem - as far as we/I know at this moment. I have no solution, for I don't know the reason of the problem. E-Mail transmission to one.com, telus.net and aol.com broke down some days ago, so these services aren't available atm. Oneandone.com is back online (at least today/now). If I'd had an idea what to do, I'd let you know but at the moment I can only admit you, to talk to your ISP for I cannot find a problem on our server. Okay Guys... The DNS-thing Stefan mentioned is totally rubbish, sorry for that. Here is, what is the true problem: Beginning last weeks ago, a Radio-Bot which is running on our server connecting to a server in the USA for validating the license stopped working, tracert (Start->Run-> Type "cmd" (without "") into cmd: tracert ) showed me, that 1 and 1 (in Germany 1und1, 1&1) exactely one server of them is swallowing our signal.
