I just got the ToA and I am a tad overwhelmed by the changes especially since I cannot find info about the tech tree and the handicaps of each civilization. So I tried to play a game using Yor only to find out that there is no Economic or Government improvements to be had with them! Are you really stuck with the starting form of government or I am missing something? Is there anywhere where I can see a detailed tech tree for all the races yet or do I have to wait for the user manual that i
