Changing Display Settings in Help WinCustomize Forums

Since loading a new WindowBlind I've lost the ability to change my Display Setting under appearance. The drop down buttons only show the Windows settings and not my current WindowBlind. Everything was OK yesterday (24th) - has anybody else had this problem ?

jpg file in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

I am fairly new to downloading and installing skins but have no problems with wba files but how do you load a jpg file. I am using WindowBlinds 6.
