Super Abilities in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Hi, What does the Super Abilities do? Do they give some sort of "invisible bonus", or is the Super Ability figured into the starting bonuses for the races? So that the reason humans get the fixed bonuses they do - that is in fact tied to the Super Ability? B

Hi, What exactly does the Creativty ability do? It is very vaguely worded, and I haven't played the game enough to notice ANY effect from this racial ability. Anyone? B

[Ability26] Government in Modding GalCiv2 Forums

Hi, Is ability 26 - Government another not-implemented value? Unlike Crime and Cabinet it does have some descriptive text (other than Not Implemented Yet). Anyone have any experience with this? B
