If you apply PerPixel frames they will override UIS2 frames, except for childwindows in certain apps. And UIS2 frames should be in BMP for the preview in WB config.

Per pixel frames override uis 2, uis 2 is made in bmp just for the preview in wb. and remember to tick the checkboxes, try premulti alpha if it is used :) and ofc the skin could have been corrupted.... im running xp again so i cant really help you by taking a look.. but im sure some vista skinner can help you.

Gahh! I missed "the moment"! dammit and i just wanted to ramble a bit... :) ....I do think WC is rather well looked after and we seldom get alot of asses here compared to other places ive been.
good hardware problems is always a bia**h... i usually blame the PSU or RAM :D and some times the GFX ohh and i almost forgot the mobo... then there are the hdd's... even blamed the monitor once... BUT I HAVE NEVER BLAMED the cpu.. just the bios not giving any love to the new one :) ...so all in all its all human error?! :D

I also have a hard time understanding the purebreed social networks like facebook, myspace etc... i can understand boards like this where we actually have something we all like (digital arts/skinning/customizing).... but facebook and such just feels like a waste of time. IMO.... i even stopped using instant messengers.. i rather phone if i want to get a hold of someone... but atleast IM's have a clear use and purpose so i still give it a "non idiot stamp

I kicked that ugly vista's behind today and reinstalled XP.... 6+ months on vista... and 2 OS reinstalls... ends with 15+ BSODS a day telling me i have a HW problem.. fine do a repair from cd....sez its all good and all is fine and wont boot nomore!! i gave up on it and installed XP it is like im falling inlove all over again, like seeing a good old friend. Everything goes so smooth and is so fast :) boot time is awesome compared to a fresh vista install....... no UAC no wizardry snares leadi
