WinCustomize ForumsI got the picture sized just don't know how to take it from 256 to 16.. Can anyone help me there?

I would like to take a picture .bmp that I have and turn it into a new bootskin... is there any way of doing that or can someone make it for me if I send them the .bmp? Please email me at [email protected]. thanks
