I've got a Facebook account. I'll have to check this out! Thanks for the info! BTW, if any of you want me as a Facebook friend look me up! [e digicons][/e]
I'm hanging back on installing my upgrade, too. I believe a clean install is best, but I haven't felt like messing with all that backing up. Plus, I worry about what programs I use that won't work on win 7, like PSP8 and my email client. [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
Gotta face it, the days of skinning Windows with WB is not as needed anymore
Actually, it was never NEEDED per se, it was for the fun of it. Who would prefer a flat, gray browser when they could have a dragon spewing fire instead? Or stained glass? Or whatever your tastes dictate. When you stare at a computer screen for hours it's a relief to change the view! Frankly, except for Fences, which I'm totally hooked on for functionality, I could live w
I had the whole Zippo suite at one time, so I'm partial to that, but also loved Copperdeck.......
Same here today, Lou, and I'm in sunny Phoenix, Arizona! [e digicons]#:([/e] [e digicons][/e]
I've read that potassium helps flush the sodium from the blood, and two bananas a day has enough potassium to work. Soooo, hope you really, really like bananas! [e digicons][/e] (But seriously, I have read that!)
Cripes!!!! A double post! Now everyone will know! [e digicons]x_x[/e]
Although it is hard for me to be known as other than the Goddess of the mice, I will impart this knowledge to you if you promise to tell NO ONE.... It's.......it's........... Linda [e digicons]8C[/e]

I'm so, so sorry to hear this. I lost my beloved Mother on June 26th., and there is still hardly a day goes by that I don't shed tears for her. You have my deepest sympathy, as one who is actually feeling your pain as I type. If you should need to talk please feel free to PM me.
I know, I never restore ALL items. I've restored selected items a few times.....this button, like "delete all" buttons need to be harder to get to.
And here it is Oct. 28, and I STILL can't get to my gallery! [e digicons]#:([/e]
The weird thing is when I go to task scheduler, I don't have a delete command there in the actions panel. I can't delete the dang thing! I wonder if HJT would work on this? UPDATE: I went to the Major Geeks page you suggested and there was a list of places where these files could be, so I dug down through those folders and found and deleted the files and now they don't show in the task scheduler pane. We'll see what happens now.... NEW UPDATE:&nbs
I just started having the same problem with those same cursors. AND whatever cursor I want to delete, most of the time it won't delete. How do I delete those problem cursors (old and new!).
I downloaded software from this place and now even though I've uninstalled it and wiped it from the regestry and manually removed the folder from Program Files, it still has a pop up now and then that says Pareto Update. It flashes for a second and it's gone. Anybody know how to get it completely off my machine?
Enough said!
Well, you get two, two, two greetings in one! LOL! OK, it's not Certs, but I want to wish you a Hoppy Birfday, and speedy recovery. We miss ya! Come on home! [e digicons][/e]

I agree with Lantec. I use Smart Defrag, and the whole Iobit Advanced SystemCare app. It has a junk files remover, regestry cleaner, system optimizer and more. Never caused me a problem and it sets a restore point before it does anything else, so it's safe. [e digicons]:star:[/e]

Yeah, I pretty much figured it was MS. I was just teasing you! You do so many other things though, it wouldn't surprise me if it WAS you! [e digicons][/e] [e digicons][/e]
Well, I went and checked Impulse again and there it was, an update! I got it and then looked at the Windows Update page--it worked! Not only that, but there was a new interface! Did you guys do that? [e digicons]:D[/e] [e digicons][/e]
