Dungeon Crawler Carl - it’s basically an rpg written as a novel. I don’t think I can describe it well so if you’re at al interested I would recommend checking out the first few pages (I think k you can preview on something like kindle). I will admit that I was highly skeptical when Amazon recommended me this book a few years ago but I was in need of something new and it surprisingly hooked me. I think it’s in the genre or litrpg, which also could possibly h

I was wondering if the lava or crystal planets will have any environmental effects on game play or be just new backgrounds? I think I recall a Starcraft II level where the lava rose up every 5 minutes or so and damaged/killed all the units at a certain depth. Will anything like this be possible? Also, I just wanted to say thank you to Stardock. As someone who read the forums, but rarely posts, it is nice to see the developers so interested in player

Definitely agree with the above posters. I really like the Precursor World DLC, but would like far fewer worlds per game. The minimum number per map, should be maybe 1 or 2. I am okay with the -50% food, since it helps balance out the massive raw production increase. One option that might be nice and make the fewest number of people upset would be to just add a drop down menu in the game setup screen for frequency of precursor worlds (similar to

[quote who="Frogboy" reply="9" id="3468026"] Quoting Eeek83, reply 7 Would definitely be interested, but $20 honestly seems kind of cheap. Why the low price point? Also, will there be supply chain mechanics (eg. i mine iron, which is taken to a city, smelted, which my blacksmith turns into a sword)? I believe this was considered for the original Elemental and was scrapped, but this format might work better for it. Final price

Big fan of Topic SY100 General Questions/Comments 1) How will population be allocated for colony ships (from the larger planet, just appear, picked up (i.e. Nukor's suggestion))? 2) I like Nukor's suggestion about planets only being able to build shipyard modules. This will also reduce starbase spam. 3) Wintersong's suggestion of being given an initial starbase is excellent. 4) Will you be able to disrupt thes

I would like to see some type of combination of a-g in each DLC. Obviously fewer of each item, but I think could be more fun and appeal to a greater number of people if they got a little of each. For example (please be aware that these names are very generic): The Ice Pack: Comes with a new faction that receives some type of bonus for building on ice tiles or can only build on ice (if this is possible from the engine) 1-2 new ice monsters</

I've got a Prusa Reprap (low end, very basic) 3D printer. http://www.3dstuffmaker.com/buy-prusa/ It is fun to be able to print other people's designs, but I lack the time or commitment to learn CAD design myself. The upside is the materials (polylactic acid, PLA) are fairly cheap. About $25 a pound. As for the future, I see 3D printing becoming very common for most in
