The changing resolutions may have something to do with it. I installed a new screensaver that I don't think likes my normal resolution settings. I do have scripted objects but don't think that's it. The scripts have nothing to do with position and I haven't changed them for a long time, long before this started happening. Let's hope it's the screensaver. Thanks for the ideas. Mysterious moving DesktopX objects in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

I'm using the DX 1.99g beta and finding that all of my desktop objects will suddenly move, many of them move offscreen. There doesn't seem to be a pattern to when they move. But there is some odd sort of consistency to how they move. If the X-coordinate changes, it is always by 600, either positive or negative. If the Y-coordinate changes, it is always by 450 in the positive. That is, an object may move left or right (but mostly right) and/or an object may move down (but not up it seems).
