trie logging off, the little red thing by where it says hello your name at the top of the page site and log back in as princesshimer or how ever you spell that I guess tha should be your original email address and pass word you got the accout with as princess

If you got the suite after you got the original purchase of desktopX you might not be showing in the system yet as having made the purchase, it could be a matter of being updated in star dock data bank. Try cross referenceing your account again might help

well all things in control panel end with .cpl so if you do a searh using .cpl you should be able to make a short cut to what ever you like I think
