I wanna Submit a skin in GUI Championships Stardock Forums

I have a great WB idea but no Skin Studio knowledge. But im a good Photoshopper. Here's my idea. I know its some missing pieces for it but overall its looks nice doesn't? I'm willing to give it up as long as i get credit. ill add the missing pieces and give animations if you like but im not planning on having the animations with the explorer animations.
