Vasari Starbases in Sins of a Solar Empire Stardock Forums

How the hell do you create Vasari Orkulus Starbases I haven't found a single ship type in the Vasari ship types that can do it?

Mini-dumps seem to be occurring at around the 45 minute to 1 hour mark. From auto-saves or regular saves and from any map using any culture. I have been getting regular mini-dumps somewhere between the 2 times above, might be memory leak. Its definetly not a hardware issue.

Removing all Mods also appears to fix the problem
