A little help... in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

Hey people, I can't seem to get my hands on a Windows 95 theme. I've came across skins of near enough every other OS, but the one I want: typical. Sooo I've resigned myself to the fact I'll have to make my own, thing is while I'm fairly competent with Photoshop, I'm a complete beginner to skinning.
