Make a folder called Hangar whatever. Copy all the relevant folders from your game directory into that folder (GameInfo only, I'm guessing). Then copy over the hangar files to that folder too. The new ones should overwrite the 'base' ones. Then you can enable the mod.
Else all the mods out there based on Star Trek, Star Wars, Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica, Turtledove's World War/Colonization series, etc... would be potential lawsuits waiting to happen.Just don't sell it.
Erm, clarification: DoV has inspiration from Turtledove but it's very loose and we've taken it in a different direction. Usage of an entire IP really isn't fair use in any legal or other sense.

1) Has anyone figured out how to change the names of different stats? They're all in english.str. 2) How does one go about tweaking the research tree? Is it possible to lift or tinker with the one facility per research tier idea? IE perhaps it could be a number of planets colonized to unlock a new research tier, or a research technology (like advancing an age in AOE). You can change all the research on the tree, you can make things happen every other research tier, wha
if you DONT use norton or mcaffee (or other legit program) you deserve everything bad that happends to it, its almost... wait it IS that simple
I don't - I'm just not an idiot when I run software (oh look, Super Hot Keygen.exe on a Russian site! hurf durf!) and don't click on spyware banner ads. I have a basic router firewall in place and it takes me less than five minutes to forward a port. Perhaps you shouldn't be running resource hog applications with unfriend

No, it doesn't, and that's the problem. It rips through the capital ship in thirty seconds. That's the problem, you can counter the ships, but if you have a mixed fleet the ones that are vulnerable get taken out so quickly that it's much more effective to simply counter-spam. If I bring 15 flaks and two caps against your 20 LRM fleet, my caps get shredded to pieces early. I have to just bring 30 flaks instead.

No. It's not easy to beat at all, because the way to beat spamming is to spam with slightly less counter-units. If a player doesn't have any bombers, I won't research flak, for example, and then once he shows up with a thousand LRMs I'm caught off guard.
You don't have time to do effective scouting, what you must do is have an initial plan that you start executing as quickly as possible as soon as the game begins (for instance, drop 1 weapons lab, research assailants, and st

AMD has higher die size and is a lot slower. The Wolfdale Intel chips are faster, more efficient, and can be overclocked to 4.2ghz on air. Respect your willingness to stay with a brand but AMD is no longer the powerhouse it was back in the P4 days. They are waaaaaay behind now and much lower-end chips and you'd be cheating yourself not to pick up a E8200/E8400. Essentially, a non 64-bit system can't use 4GB of RAM. Even if you go 64-bit, what happens is that all the registers have to be

Dumb to get AMD, their processors are massively inferior compared to Wolfdale. 4GB is not a good idea either, you won't be able to use it in x86 and when you go to x64 you end up doubling the memory footprint anyway so it's useless.

Well, you're running a 3 year old processor compared in benchmarks to a Pentium 4, so I wouldn't expect too much. Could be something else, though, have you tried closing background apps and AV programs? Have you checked core affinity in Task Manager?
I understand the devs wanted the game to be accessible to people running only one core but as someone who built a quad core system (without breaking the bank... they are relatively cheap now) I would like to be able to use more than 1/4 of my computer's processing capacity.
You're a gamer? And you bought a quad core? You do realize that no games currently utilize or require four cores, and the only reason that anyone would ever buy one is if they frequently used applicati

Space bar -> Add -> Armature, move and scale them, name the exhaust one Exhaust. Name the weapon one Weapon-0, place more for muzzles of the same gun or add another gun by calling it Weapon-1.
