alright, i don't understand the details here, and i've read around a bit, perhaps not stumbling on the correct explanation. so the one i'm really confused about is the relationship between gears, hammers and shields. how does that work? cause factories make gears, right? how do those gears get divided up into hammers and shields? so shields can become hammers, right? is the reverse true? where can i see my civilization total hammers, shields, and beakers?
