I'm aware every person can have a certain amount of plants they can grow. Just like Colorado has. Don't think any of the States that do this or Canada cares one bit about anyone. SKS. Edit Controls/Edit Headerbar Controls/Header bars/Normal. Go to bottom click on Text, Dropdown menu change color/Apply
Try this. Open SKS. Go to Edit TitleBars and WindowFrames. Click on Edit Per pixel frames. Borders/Caption. Do this also for Maximize Caption. Click on Text on the bottom. You will see "Active. It also has a drop down menu click on arrow and you will see inactive. Right below you will see Text Color" Use drop down menu to change color. Click apply. You can make both colors the same or make the inactive a bit different.

I'm not support but some information. Look at my SS. Just took it on window 10. You can see the SM, control panel, file Explorer, Taskbar. All windowblinds, Start 10. I do have one additional add on I'm using. Note the background on the Control Panel can't be changed. It's White as other areas in other places. nothing can be done thank Microsoft for that. Text is always a problem with dark images. Make every image dark and all the text White and let me know how that works out for anyone.
