Here's the effect I'm trying to produce: a) A square-shaped object is on top with a circular-shaped object underneath, then b) clicking on the square will cause the square to vanish revealing the circle and causing other objects on screen to appear as well. Then, c) Clicking again on the circle will then reveal the square overtop and vanish the other objects on screen. In order to create this effect I somehow need to create an object that sits on top of another one, that allows cli

the trash is located where the Knights Of The Round summon can be found, giving tremendous power to the players in the game. I wanted to re-create that effect in this theme while also putting it out of the way -just enough- not to interfere with any of the other important icons on your desktop. However, feel free to switch it with whatever you want. i'm always up for suggestions, as future versions will have the enhancements users demand. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/smi

the links do work, but unfortunately wincustomize probably doesn't like forwarding to progs not on their site and adds garbage into the links' address. To get around this you have to right click the links and go Copy Shortcut, then paste it in your Address Bar and everything will be fine. MassaRassaFrassa....

i'm in a similar situation. i uploaded an object for Desktopx early Saturday morning and it has not been posted yet. I'm not sure if the it is because it has not passed with the moderators, or if it's still queued... Just to let you know, it was a Final Fantasy media player object, so do you guys think it's a possability that it might not have been approved because of the FF cinematic pic in the object? I'd like to know because I'm creating a whole FF based DX theme that gives you control ov

It seems that whenever I create an object in DesktopX that I want to appear as always on top, as it pops up when it appears and disapears, the animation is VERY slow. Too slow for an incredible theme-in-the-making with high standards... Is there some advanced setting somewhere that I can select to make these aot menus appear and disapear at normal speeds???

I have the same question. I'd like to be able to link to a speciffically opened window, not necessarily it's own .exe. For the theme I'm creating it would be an amazing jump to open specific windows as if clicking on the tasbar, like certain chats in AIM, or ICQ windows...

I've got an amazing idea for a desktopx theme, and the only problem i'm having is creating transparencies for .png files with PSP. I've tried just about everything, even using the mask menu and it just doesn't seem to work. Could anyone give me a little advice on making a transparent section in PSP? When this theme is done I'm going to unleash it's fury unto the world, I just need to get by this first... Thanks in advance.
