Well, for all you peeps...I fixed my problem. I deleted SP, deleted the folders for SP, searched the registry for any SP lines. Rebooted. Uninstalled the sound drivers for my PC (maybe unnecessarily), reboot. reinstalled sound card drivers, rebooted. reinstalled SP. rebboted. Voila! works perfect!!!
Okay, I hate spiders, with much passion. Can't stand to be in the same room with them, to be honest. I have to admit, though, that this is a great shot. A.S. is right... it is kinda cute. Eyelashes and all (but if it was within my range I'd squish it).....

I had the same problem. I ended up having to disable the nVidia manager completely through services.msc to get WB to work. That's a new one, from what SD support said......
