One work around I've been using is to create empty fences in all the areas except where I want new icons to appear. This creates a sort of default fence in the negative space. Not great if your doing fancy layouts, but works fine for creating "Keep out" areas on the desktop if your fences are completely transparent.
But then they wouldn't be in a fence, right? :S

That cursorfx doesn't work with Vista is something that has been mentioned in the forums several times, but I notice it says the opposite in the Stardock ad for the product: https://www.stardock.com/products/cursorfx/
I think it's not about CursorFX but about WindowFX.

It would be really cool if you could create tabbed fences, just like you can create a tabbed dock in OD. I don't really know how it would look, but I just thought you might like my idea. Thanks :)

Fences is a program to organize your desktop icons better. A fence is some sort of container you can throw icons in. You can move it around and resize it, and the icons will move, too.

I love fences, but i have one small request. I usually download everything to my desktop, and now it doesn't get in a fence automatically. It would be cool if you could make one the 'Default fence', so everything automatically gets dumped into that one. Thanks ;)

The premium theme of Dragon contains the animations and few updates, so does the MyColors theme. You might have the previous version. This link provides the dragon download with the animated dragon on the start menu: https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=6427&libid=1 If after loading that theme you don't see the animation y

I think they did this: Windows 3.1 = 1 Windows 95 = 2 Windows 98 = 3 Windows 2000 (or NT, whatever) = 4 Windows XP = 5 Windows Vista = 6 They said it was the 7th big Windows release, not the 7th NT release, so... By the way, i'm not sure of this [e digicons]:|[/e]
