making Dreams in New Users WinCustomize Forums

Hi, I am new to windows vista ultimate and tried to down load dream maker to make my own dreams, but I have no idea how to use it, what video file to use ect... Can someone please tell me how to create? I uninstalled dream maker but will reinstall if I can use it. Thanks
