Today we will discuss how to prevent a law passed by this council from being broken. Now what could do to make sure a Metaverse law isn't broken is that if any player sees another player breaking a Metaverse law in the Metaverse they should report it imeadetly and the empire that the Metaverse law breaker is part of, shall be brought to this council and would be fined 1000 BC, if done a second time the fine is raised to 4000 BC and if done a third time the fine will be raised to 10,000 BC .A
