Maybe the dude had hearing problems and due to the fact that he can't hear well, didn't figure he needed to speak and you'd get the idea if he just pushed you out of his way. Have you put in a support request to Stardock? I've had problems with Impulse twice, e-mailed support and they got me fixed within a few days. You should shot them an e-mail and give them as much information about your system as you can find...which version of Windows and service pack, and a detailed bit about what is happening to you.
