Are you sure it´s just not FF in general ??
When I apply other skins, the gap isn't there. It's just this new one.
Use SkinStudio instead of Firefox????
[e digicons][/e] I AM using SkinStudio--I'm just not being real articulate today. I'm having the problem only in FireFox. (Boxxi, you're funny.) [e digicons]:inlove:[/e]
I'm having a problem with a WB I'm making in FireFox. There is a 1 pixel gap between the scrollbar and the right and left side of the per pixel windowframe, as shown in this illustration. I can't figure out if it's a problem with the Windowframe or the scrollbar. Any ideas on what to try to fix this? Thanks in advance.
Thank you...I can go back to my work now. [e digicons][/e]

Sometimes I visit paranoid news websites when I'm afraid I might be getting that way myself, so that I can convince myself to come back more to the mainstream by seeing how goofy the really paranoid people are. I found this guys' video, and dang if he doesn't make an interesting point, in that the power players behind the passage of these laws, or the introduction of them as bills...they're the originators of the software used to pirate things off the internet.
The last image I posted shows it tiled (in photoshop). Will SKS be that different?
No, but sometimes things look fine when they're about 600 pixels wide, but then when it tiles for, say, a wide screen monitor, over and over again, it's easier to see where the tile repeats itself. If you did it in layers, the pattern could repeat in a larger section than the stitching, and hence the repetition wouldn't be as notic
I would use layers with this and tile the texture and stitching separate of each other, so it doesn't look predictably tiled.

There is so much more freedom with the Start Panel and the Taskbar. You get to the Windowframe and now you get cramped with figuring out titlebar buttons (never enough real estate do go as much as I really want) and all the rest of the tiny bits that need to be skinn
I know the SHUTDOWN buttons are probably too large for the area (I may go to just one button and text any way.
You could go with those large SHUTDOWN buttons if you don't make them buttons -- put the large button graphic on the Start Menu Bottom, and just make your buttons a little dot or tiny bit of graphic that goes on top of the large (mock) button that's actually the Start Menu Bottom.
Hoping for a speedy recovery for you Philly.
I don't think you can skin fences -- you can adjust things in it but using the Appearance tab (change color, transparency, saturation, outline, and change the label text color), but I don't think there are actual skins for Fences (if I understand your question--you were looking for Fences skins?) If you were asking where, in the forums, you can find the Fences section, you have to go to OS Customization and click the drop down menu arrow to choose Fences. <img sr
I would like to express my gratitude to the community and Stardock for giving me any opportunity to participate in this contest. I don't get many wins in my life, and usually the ones I get are the product of a lot of pain and anguish--this one was a joy. Congratulations boltzfan and Libardo! [e digicons][/e]
You made that? Wow!
Yup! Thank you, Jim. I know I'll never make money on my Windowblind skins, but I'm hoping some day to be able to make money on my cakes. I didn't have a big enough network when I lived in Florida, but now that I'm in Oklahoma, with both sides of Brian's family and their friends, I might be able to get a little part time business started.
Would that be an edible christ? Nothing says Christmas like eating the baby Jesus.
Actually...it is Christ - Mass, and what is mass but eating Jesus (I know! I blaspheme and I'm going to Hell). It's a pretty cake anyway.

Merry Christmas, Ace. I'd post more here, but I'm late in getting my Christmas baking finished -- I'm off to bake an eggnog cake and then decorate it with the baby Jesus on top. (Not only do I skin Windowblinds...I skin food.) LOL
