Gah! forgot to mention that I have all the AI's set to smart in this game. Sorry about that. Kal

Ok this is from my 4z game I've been playing. Right now I'm culturally dominant, and in the end game phase. I'm having world rebelling and joining my empire almost every turn. One thing I've noticed is that often they have not planned thier builds very intelligently (I'm talking social projects). The game has them building things like planetary stock exchange, which while it is a very good project, it should be one of your later builds on a well developed world. It simply takes too long for
I'm getting the same problem with the video being jerky and now I've lost my cut scenes since down loading 4z. I'm running this game on my laptop (1ghz p3, with 528 ram and gforce 2 go). I'm really hoping the video and sound get worked out b4 the final release as I would hate to see the game undermined by something as trivial as that, but it would. The game is a really great game overall and I've thoroughly enjoyed it (much to the dismay of my wife hehe). Kalwroth
First off, I'd like to say hello to everyone, this is my first post here, I've been lurking on this board since before I even bought the Beta (about 1 month ago on the purchase). I've had the same thing happen in the last two games (one in 4z and the other in the previous beta). I have yet to figure out why it occurs on some planets and not others, as I was the original owner of the planet in the 4z game yet got the other through cultural domination in the previous beta. Thanks for listening.
