In IconPackager, go to the "Icons and Cursors" tab. Then select "Restore Default Icon" for whichever icons you wish to return to default.

1. First of all, in Impulse, make sure you have "Show pre-release versions" checked. 2. Wow! This caught me completely off-guard. Thanks, John, for the kind words. And thank you everyone else; sometimes it's nice to see what others think of you. I must say that everyone who posted here has also impacted me in some way or another; whether you make me laugh sometimes in the forums, help me out here or there, or plain just be a good neighbor, I think y'all are great folks yourselves! Not saying this is the end-all advice by any means, but it may be a slight incompatibility between the two in your system.
