Can you be more specific? I'm running ObjectDock Plus on Windows 7 64-bit.
Same here. Except for start menu & sys tray, it works great!
Before I got busy with other projects I started an "Ask a Master" series. *I* thought it was interesting.
Man! Those were some good reads! Thanks for that. This ought to be a regular series! Very interesting and educational.
I installed the latest update, and suddenly I can't get any windows to fully maximize on my secondary screen! What skin and what OS are you using? Using W7 Build 7100.
Neil: My problem was fixed with the latest update. [e digicons]:sun:[/e]
I got it fixed. It was not a UAC issue. I had to manually edit the looooong list of ie settings down to a lower level. Very annoying. [e digicons][/e] Thanks all for trying to help!
I am trying to load a widget. It's a new widget that Redneck Dude just built for my new "Tinted" theme. This widget works great on my Vista laptop, but my Windows 7 desktop doesn't want to open it. I get a warning message that says that my "internet security settings prevented...(it) from being opened." I've adjusted my firewall settings, my ie security settings, and I don't know what else to do! Anyone got any ideas? <img src="http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/3538/s
Wow! Sorry to hear that. What does that mean for "Softer?"
Hmm... haven't heard from "Fred"... [e digicons]*_*[/e]
Looks great, Jim! Hopefully, I can get all the w7 testing and corrections sorted out today. Hoping to post the blind by Wednesday. We'll see...
I installed the latest update, and suddenly I can't get any windows to fully maximize on my secondary screen! What skin and what OS are you using? Using W7 Build 7100.
Also experiencing this to an extent on my Laptop, on which is running Vista Ultimate 32-bit. The windows do maximize, ultimately, but they don't seem to want to. I have to hit the max/restore button a few times to get it maxed. [e digicons]:S[/e]
Brian....how do you get her to do that??
Easy... I work hard... [e digicons]XD[/e] Actually, I wasn't much to begin with, so anything that makes it seem like I'm not a slacker is good! [e digicons][/e]
I am now going to crawl away from this thread with ones tail between one's legs.
Whose tail between whose legs? [e digicons][/e]
Happy Birthday!
I will say build 7100 is somewhat old which may be a factor.
I agree, that may be my whole problem. If so, it'll be solved after I get the full version of W7 next week. Here's a screeny. Note that the window on the left (main) screen maximizes fine. The window on the right, well, that's as good as it gets.
Just realised I have resurected a dead post, sorry.
They call 'em Necrothreads! [e digicons][/e]
it just does not work with windows 7.
I know that Stardock created the Dell Dock for Dell, but you may want to also bring this to Dell's attention. Maybe the programmers need to give the Dell Dock a little W7 TLC. And really, if Dell owns the dock, then it's their responsibility to make sure it gets fixed.
