HELP! I think I reallymessed up my computer..... in Windows XP WinCustomize Forums

Hi, so I am a basic computer user who tried to install a logon screen. Everything was going fine until the program asked a some yes or no question (sorry I can't remember). So I click "OK" and then now it won't let me get to the welcome screen without inputting a password for he main user on the computer (which don't remember setting a password for). I tired putting in "administrator" for the name portion and leaving it blank in the pasword sec. but still nothing. Is all lost? <br/
