GalaxyForge is bugged: - The InGameName parameter doesn't work Let's say you enter the name "Bob" for a CPU then you load the map in the game. The CPU will not have that name, he'll have a random name. - The OverrideRaceName parameter doesn't work Same as above, if you select "Tech" for Bob then load the map, you'll see at the settings that they all have "Random" races. -

But when the bug will be corrected isn't that going to mess up the map again ?
How can I prevent my map to be flipped in game ? Exemple in editor: ..... planet 2 ....... / ...... / ............................... Sun ..... / .... / planet 1

Yeah but I don't want to click through all the Stardock & friends ads everytime I start the game. I don't want to see them like I can do in all my other games!
The option to Skip Opening Cinematic in the menu doesn't work. The game still shows the movies and even if you delete them, you have to press escape or the game game will be stuck at a starfield.
Well problem solved, I sold it. I couldn't even close the ad in the last few days. It will be someone's else problem to debug that thing now.
I formated my computer for another reason, I installed DesktopX 3.2 Pro and I still have that problem. The advertising still appears each time I boot my computer. This time, it is a fresh install, so there was no trial version first. When can I do to withdraw the ad ? Thanks.
Ok, I'll copy paste the line since some people can't read. Don't tell me to try pro version, it does the same thing.
I stopped using DesktopX because of the annoying ads but I tried to get over it but now the starting advertising never disapears: (this is an old image, this time I don't have the continue button) Before, I could close it but now I can't since the continue button isn't there. If I click on the buttons, they just disapear (but the ad stay there) and I go to the web page. The only way to hide the ad is to go in b
This website says the last version is 3.2 if you go in the download section.
Advertising is still there with full version. Guess I have no choice but to uninstall that thing.
Here is the annoying thing: I have DX 3.2 with Windows XP Home SP2.
I set DesktopX to autostart when the computer boots but I always have the welcome screen that says the version and gives a link to download older versions. I don't want that screen, how can I deactivate it ? Thanks.
Thanks !
Hello, How can I lock my objects and widgets in DesktopX so I can't drag them by clicking on them ? I want them to always stay in place. Thanks !
Angry because there is no way to hide it. It like viral advertising. Any good software have all these basics options.
No answer ?
Just use a systray docklet. It works.
I tried ObjectDock 1.9 Plus after using 1.2 (I think) for a long time and I was suprised and angry to see that there is a systray icon and we can't remove it. Is there a way to edit the registry to remove the icon ? Don't tell me to use the "auto-hide" Windows feature, it adds a small arrow so it gives the same thing : 1 more icon. The software is great but if I can't remove the systray icon I just won't buy it, it is stupid and I can't stand that. Thanks.
