I wondering... which would be more convenient: Buying GalCiv II Gold and then buying TA, Buying the expansion bundle and the buying Dread Lords or getting the Ultimate bundle from TGN? Also, where is the Ultimate Bundle in TGN? I couldn't find it (:(. Lastly, on both galciv2.com and TGN.com, what are the ways you buy the game (e.g. Paypal, Credit card, etc.)? I appreciate the help. It is somewhat expected to see the Drath suffer economically due to their poulation crisis and the colony race. However, it should not be THAT bad in the way your describing it. Perhaps the problem is you tech choice. You should have done money making techs. That would probably help a bit.

First Civ in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I'm getting TA next week. So I want you guys to help me. Tell me what civ you think I shuold play as first. Also include why or why not. Just in case you might need this info to help me, I play a very slow game, building up my economy and research the best I can. I also focus on production, but less so than research and economy. From what I understand through reading these strategies, a lot of people would be good with the drath, because, since many of you go to war later in order to allow your economy and research to grow, you could ensure that you would not have to go to war by using the Drath "Super Manipulator" ability, thus allowing all the super-power military states to remain preoccupied. In addition, since your economys are relatively well developed, you would be able to support your manipulation ventures.

Your taking out the Drath and Korx from GCIII? I like those races! My opinion is that if your taking out a race, you should create another race to fill in the void. My opinion is this: either reconsider taking them out or perhaps create another race. Not only to fill in the void but to also add a new gaming experience.

TA Custom Tech Trees in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

Forgive my ignorance, I am quite new to GalCiv. My question is: In TA, I have heard a lot about how the tech trees will be different. I have also heard about "custom tech trees". Can some one explain how these work? Couldn't I just take all the good techs and compile them to make an awsome yet unfair tech tree? As you can see I am very confused. If you know anything relevant to these Tech trees, please post.

Custom Races in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I'm new to GalCiv, and right now I am trying out the races available. However, for future reference, I want to ask anyone who has created a custom race a favour: post information on your custom race (like it's superability, party, etc.) and how effective you found this Custom Race to be. Also, can you post your custom race's logo and your leader's pic? I'm really in debt to anyone who replies to this post. I appreciate the help. Thanks in advance
