Mod Idea in Sins Modding Sins Forums

As i'm mostly a singleplayer gamer I tend to mod games to become drasticly slower than it's current state including build times, research times, tax and resource collection. I intend to make quite a bit more modifications after i play a few games but first i will have to slow it down for my taste. So my question is this type of mod something someone may be interested in to actually release it? As far as down the road i'm not to sure about changes yet, have a few ideas but will have to invest

Hello, I recently just preordered and checked out the beta, but i've already started to tinker around with ideas for modding, My question is that i know some official modding tools is supposed to come out when the final game is released but is there a link pointing to what these tools might do such as features? i did a search and didn't find to much info on the matter. thanks
