For what it's worth, just to nitpick, your post has plenty to do with population, but very little to do with the growth thereof. Secret Police Center has never worked properly and may never be fixed; the description implies it's supposed to be a flat approval bonus, rather than a morale bonus (morale is depreciated by population, whereas approval itself is not). I'm afraid I don't have an answer for the Galactic Resort, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was also supposed to be

Also I couldn´t confirm this with another racial-bonus, will see next game.... Do you know how the other difficulty-modifiers are?
The game h

Base: 158 Buildings: 150% (omega & DA tech capital) Racial: 91% * 2.64 (Suicidal modifier) = 240(.24)% 158 * 2.5 * 3.4 = 1343 158 * 2.5 * 3.4024 = 1343.948 It seems I may have been incorrect about it truncating. -Research treaties don't show up on individual planets
The only time when the number of flasks equates to your formula is - when there is no racial bonus, no "outside" bonus, and no planet

In the third instance, it's also possible you did not have the required tech (extreme habitable worlds) when it arrived, but did shortly thereafter. This would cause it to fail colonizing initially, but doesn't prevent you from doing so after you research the appropriate tech. Second instance seems almost identical to the first. In the first instance, there's a checkmark in options that you need to be aware of that clears all functional components from a hull when you go
But that's not really what the major religions have said God is. It's what a very small subset of modern-day theological philosophers have said God is. For the vast majority of people, they are saying that God is an actual physical guy floating around, using magic to perform miracles, making it sunny when they want to have a picnic, and sending gay people to hell.
See, now we need a distinction between what people think religion says and what religion actually says.&n

Play sandbox to learn the game; the campaign isn't designed to teach it to you, it's designed to tell a story. Yes, the Dread Lords are tough. It's actually easier if you play a higher difficulty because then your allies aren't foaming at the mouth and can actually help you. The lack of retaining progress from one level of the campaign to another has been complained about before and hopefully witll be addressed in GC3, the next iteration, but it's a bit too late in GC2's

So I take it you're comparing it to the Xeno Lab, which is a bad idea if you're simply counting how much more it is. Matrixes are 14 in TA as opposed to a Xeno Lab at 8-that's almost twice as much. In answer to your question, though, there's no better research building than NLCs, and perhaps more importantly, they're not even that much better than d

Is the post you're reporting terribly long? I know the karma window pops up over the start of the post, so if it's a long post, you have to scroll up quite a bit to see it.

1) High population planets aren't worthwhile not because they don't generate cash or influence, but because the morale required is prohibitive. TA has slightly more income from tourism (it was down and then up in the betas, my guess is 15-25% more at this point, but I haven't run the numbers and to be honest I don't think anyone even has a tourism formula), but that's about it. 2) Covered in 1: No. Torians have a 50% morale building now, which helps, but with the native
Again, I think this comes down to linguistics. I would say that "lacking all qualities of existence, like provability or physicality" is exactly what the word "nonexistant" means. You're saying that there is this thing which, in every possible way, is exactly the same as a lack of that thing. A thing that in every way appears to be nonexistant. That's what nonexistant means. You can't say that this thing "exists"

Everything can be proved by logic: that's what science is.
If God exists, He can choose whether the universe operates in such a way that you can prove that he does-or doesn't. So even if you prove he doesn't, he might. And if you happen to prove that he does, it's possible he might not, with the first instance being that he did, but has since died (which would seem to contradict the idea of being God, but the Catholic churc
It's clear that Frosted Flakes are grrreat
[/thread] For what it's worth, I read the ontological argument, or at least this thread's phrasing of it, as a logical proof that you can't prove that God exists since it (supposedly) uses logic to prove that he in fact does , and as an extension of that, that in some things logic need not apply for the job-which I understood to be the original intent of DalzK's post.
