Reply to GETTING HELP for GalCiv II / Dark Avatar in Galactic Civilizations II Stardock Forums

I fixed the problem by deleting all files in the \my documents \ my games \ G2Cdarkavatar directory. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I start dreadlords and everything works fine. I switch to dark avatar and I get the initial start menu. I hit Play the Game and my monitor goes dark. I hit ctl alt del and I get the task manager. The task manager says that the program is running.
