I fixed a problem relating to this earlier today so you should be able to create a personal page now if you are a User Level 4 or higher. If not, let me know by sending me email to [email protected]

Yes there are max file sizes. I believe it is 15MB's for Citizens and 30MB's for Subscribers and Apprentices on up.
Yes, most likely it is your nickname. If you edit your nickname and remove the |'s it should work. Looks like we need to have better error handling and messages for that.
A letter from Joh6nn, the newest member of Coolplayers development team: Hi All. I'm joh6nn, the newest member of Coolplayer's dev team. There are currently a number of problems surrounding skinning Coolplayer. Probably the biggest one is that the UI for skinning the playlist is currently broken. A close second would be that Coolplayer has two completely different skinning systems: one for the player itself, and a separate one for the playlist. I'd lik
Ok, problem should be fixed now.
T-Man. I have tried to as much raise the collection of icons from www as from www2. in both cases it gives error. that I can make to raise those icons. Jalentorn, what is the error you are getting when you attempt to upload? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" border=0 alt="Poste
SPECIFIED CAST IS NOT VALID Where/when is this error occuring? Please give me some more specific details.
Why is it that people get so uptight of such a little thing? They are smilies people, relax! And now I am going to go relax as today is my day off.
Our servers were probably still waiting on the data. Because once the data has been received it only takes a couple of seconds to save the files and return the page back to you. Out of curiousity, how much faster is the upload on the new site compared to the old site. We process all the images and files in a background process on the new site where as the old site made you wait while we did all the processing (copying files to the servers).
Stupid Stupid Error!!!! Why ASP.Net would throw out a DNS Page not found error for a timeout issue is just plain stupid! Great! Glad it's working! I'm will be increasing the time to 10 minutes. Hopefully that is enough for dialup users. I have no idea so if anyone needs more time let me know.
I do have a confirmed report that ZoneAlarm is blocking are images. At this time I have not had a chance to look into this more. But a possible solution may be to configure zone alarm to trust the following servers: images.stardock.com, skins.wincustomize.com, skins2.wincustomize.com, skins3.wincustomize.com, skins4.wincustomize.com or maybe you can shorten it up to just trust stardock.com and wincustomize.com
Adni, Please try again. I looking at the possibility of it being a timeout issue. By default .net is configured to timeout requests at 90 seconds. I have increased the timeout be 300 seconds (5 minutes). So please try again. And this time, when you press upload, time how long it takes for you to upload or until the error is displayed. And make sure you are on the www server ( https://www.wincustom
Ok, I believe I have fixed the issues with uploads getting stuck in the Processing status. And I have pushed most of those into moderation. Since there are quite a few I am sure the admins will have my head because they have alot of skins to moderate now. So give them some time to moderate your skins. Anyone who is getting the error "This page cannot be displayed". If you have a Firewall or any security program please try disabling and do a new upload. I'm not sure what is
jebland, Actually yours is stuck in processing. Please try uploading/updating it again.
User Level Issues. There was a problem with User Levels being DISPLAYED incorrectly. The user level was displaying one less than it should have been. But the user level that the system was working with was using the correct value. The problem was corrected yesterday. And for those who were attempting to cross reference, the email that when out had an incorrect url. If you still need to cross reference please try again. If you still have an i
Ok, if you have had uploading issues please try again. Make sure that are on the www server and not the www2. THough both should work I have put some debug code on the www server that will help be track what is going on. If you experience a problem please post the name of the skin, the library and the problem you are experiencing in detail.
One of the problems is that if you are entering any HTML the form didn't like it because htmlvalidation (an asp.net thing) was turned on by default. I have turned it off so that error should be gone. Now I am beginning to look into the reason why uploads are getting stuck in the In Processing status. I don't think any of the issues are access related.
Thanks for posting the errors, we will look into them.
Where at? What were you doing when the error occured? What's the URL?
