Jeff Desilva - You have been submitting under two different player names, Jeff Desilva and jeffds. You can only use one registered player name at a time and a game can only be submitted under 1 name. Ok people. Before submitting your metaverse problems here, please read through the problems and responses that have already been posted. Or read the Metaverse Guidelines located in the Encyclopedia on this website. Most of the problems being reported are due to user error. Make sure your registration information is correct. This is also goes directly against our constitution where you are innocent until proven guilty. They are trying to implement a directly guilty verdict with an immediate punishment. A more appropriate step would be for an automated notification system that informs authorities if you are downloading/using illegal copyrighted material. But even that idea opens up a can of worms.

Berserk74 - Your previous game that was submitted under a different playername cannot be resubmitted. But for any new games just enter in Berserk74 for your Player Name on the submission screen and that will do it. Hurley - We had some sporadic downtime with the server over the weekend. Once a game is submitted under a player name it cannot be resubmitted under a new player name. Solitair, The issue at hand (re-explaining for the benefit of others) is that if you originally bought GalCiv and submitted scores via your GalCiv serial number and then later upgraded and registered Drengin, your scores by default will then be submitted using your Drengin serial number. So what you now have is scores that are submitted with both your GalCiv Serial and your Drengin Serial. But since you can only have 1 registered serial number you will not be able to

Geraken - In regards to the score submitted on June 3 but posted to May 7. It appears that game is from the same saved game. You can only submit a game once. When you submit the same game a second time it will update the data 1 time. All future submissions are then ignored.
