Rael, Thank you. You said that very well. Yes, as we get our system completed we will be enforcing restrictions on people who have not contributed to WinCustomize or Stardock. What we are looking at is placing a download limit. We are not set in stone on what that limit will be but we are looking at putting a cap on downloads at 100MB. So if you are a citizen and have not purchased any products from WinCustomize or Stardock and you have downloaded over 100MB of stuff you will be a

I would suspect that ads are not displaying for you anymore because you have either purchased a Stardock Product or a WinCustomize subscription. As a perk for supporting us the ads no longer will be displayed to paying customers. See https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?cmd=subscription for more details.

Chef Garry - I guess Cross Reference may not be the best term as it is only unidirectional. To get both accounts at the same level Reference your Shaw account to Sait first. Then Reference Sait to Shaw. Grog - You only get a level 4 if you have purchased a WinCustomize Subscription. Jim - Did you get the access you expected? Motion - It appears that you have multiple accounts with the same email. It only looked at one of those accounts which was not linked to you

I didn't read this entire thread but one thing I want to comment on this one point you made: "Then I look at what has been approved, and clearly some don't even match the guidelines either..OK, then I notice they belong to a part of skinsuites..." WinCustomize is first and foremost a Skinning Website. A wallpaper library was added mainly to support skins that use wallpapers. So with that in mind it makes sense that you will see wallpapers that are related to skins.

https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?cmd=CrossRef Ok. Here's what I need you to test. Click on the link above and enter in your email address in which you have purchased stardock products. Upon Completing the process your User Level should be either one of the following: 2: if you have not purchased any products 3: if you have purchased any stardock product 4: if you have purchase a WinCustomize Subscription

Basically you input your email address of your account you used to purchase software. A validation email is sent, you click on a link, and the system attempts to cross reference the two accounts together and give your WinCustomize account the appropriate access based on what you have purchased.

I'm looking for a couple volunteers to help me test some of the new acess levels. I need a few people who use different accounts to purchase software from stardock as they do to logon to Wincustomize. With those accounts I would like some people who have purchased anything from Stardock and some who have purchased the Skin Browser. And last criteria, I would prefer citizens and apprentices.

If you purchased any of our products with the same account(email) as you use on WinCustomize, the site should automatically recognize this and give the appropriate level 3 access. However, there is nothing that currently shows you are level 3. Also, there is not a system in place yet to tie two seperate accounts together. Sometime next week I hope to implement that system. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/sm
