All the new ones have problems in Personal Computing WinCustomize Forums

I have IE9, Firefox 4, Chrome 10 and Opera 10+. IE9 freezes after 2+ hours; FF 4 slows to a crawl after an hour or two (have to restart) and I cannot get it to load some pages like BBC or CNN.uk; Chrome 10 is not fast to begin with and has problems with some sites; Opera 10+ is the fastest but I have to make 2+ tries to render some pages & has trouble with some downloads. I've had to resort to some minor browsers like SlimBrowser and The World Browser.

This is a touchy situation. I don't skin; tried it but I could not grasp much of the terminology, thus not understanding the relationships. I use Eset Smart Security 4 in conjunction with A-Squared Anti-Malware. They are both from the same company. A-Squared is ranked #1 in malware detection, over Eset, Norton, Kaspersky, AVG, Avast and all the other biggies. I believe I am well protected but every month I run K7 Security just to feel more secure. I used to monthly run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SuperAntiSpyware but they never found anything. I love the big, animated cursors but I have a specific problem with most of them and with some of the medium sized cursors as well. Mine sort of works on my 64-bit Vista. I can't load new backgrounds or switch backgrounds. Just curious.. most new computers are 64-bit Vista and Windows 7 will be both 32 & 64-bit. Will Right-Click and Object Dock Plus have 64-bit Vista versions or will they be available in Windows 7?

WB was working fine on my OS (Vista Ultimate 64-bit) until MS did a large update to Windows on 3.23.2009. Now WB won't stay stable, My Colors won't install correctly, Bootskin installs with an error and Logon Vista locks the computer if I try to install a new Logon screen. System is so unstable that in ashort time it loses all pointers to 95+% of programs and files. I have reinstalled my OS & programs 9 times in last week; will only stay stable if I don't install Impulse or WB.
