If spotty means replying to your email less than 2 hours after we opened for the day, then I'd say spotty is pretty good! We received your email Jun 23 2009 08:00 PM EDT (after normal business hours) and responded promptly at Jun 24 2009 10:46 AM (we officially start at 9 AM EDT). <span style="font-family: arial,he
HUM. People in all walks of life make mistakes. No one is perfect, mailmen, software makers, auto makers, etc. So be kind to us mailmen or retired mailmen.
Sorry you took it personally, I'm just calling it as I see it. The lady that normally delivers to our office is great, but we can tell when she is on vacation. For example, this weekend, the person that delivered our mail threw in mail from a business down the street with a completely different address.&n
Hi Jaey226, I just sent you an email with the address we sent your original shipment to. Let me know what you'd like to do via email. I wish the postal service was more reliable. We generally do not have many lost packages, but still, it's frustrating. [e digicons]:-"[/e]
Do you happen to have your ticket number? I could not find any tickets under the email address we have on file for you. Our records show that your Demigod box was shipped on 5/29/2009, so you should have received it by now. Once we locate your ticket, we'll verify the address we have on file for you.
Hmmm...it does not look like we have received any emails recently from the address we have on file for you. After you emailed , did you receive an autoresponse? You would have gotten it as soon as your email was accepted into our system and assigned a ticket number. If you post your ticket number here, we can get to it faster. You can also create a ticket without emailing us here, if you'd like: <A href
If they elect to NOT do anything about this and make the system allow registered users to download patches for archiving and later offline install...
This is a confusing statement. Do you want the system to allow registered users to download patches for archiving and later offline install, or not? ImpulseAnywhere does allow registered users to download patches for archiving and later offline install. Actually, it does one better, it lets you download
*Finally, Stardock business looks like a joke*
As much of joke as someone complaining about something that is free? TGIF!
*Hats off to every single Stardock employee*
Us humans are doing the very best we can.
Wowsers, Kend0!
We're baaaack and getting through tickets as fast as we can.
Froggie you're running your company into the ground.
*looks around the office* Nah, we're doing just fine. The only part of our company that is partly in the ground is the basement. Creating multiple accounts to dodge the ban hammer simply doesn't work. If Brad wanted you gone, you'd be gone.
There's already been some confusion out there, so let me just reiterate that we're looking at all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. There are a few factors in the Demigod refund equation that will be weighed carefully for each person.
Our refund policy on Demigod was just unrelaxed. It's a little complicated, but I'll do my best to explain. If you request a refund but have been able to play online for more than a few hours, we will be able to provide a 75% refund only. Our normal refund policy timeframe is back in effect for those customers that fall under Number 1. If you paid with PayPal, we can only provide a refund within 60 days, for credit/debit cards, 90 days. All refun
Davehump, I just tried to give you a refund to put you out of your misery, but alas, it looks like you bought the game at a retail store. Walmart, perhaps? Email to find out how to get a refund, otherwise, get off our lawn, as BlazneeX put it so well.

We have another long weekend coming up! Check out my forum post here: https://forums.stardock.com/352812
Just wanted to get the word out way ahead of time that we'll be off this coming Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day. Every effort will be made to answer all open tickets before we leave for the weekend on Friday. Our queues are in excellent shape right now, so unless something crazy happens between now and Friday afternoon, we should be good to go. We will reply to tickets received over the long weekend on a first-come, first-served basis when we return t
If you preordered Elemental using tokens, a registration has already been added to your account, but is not active. This is because we have already deducted the tokens from your balance. If you preordered Elemental using a credit/debit card, a registration will not be added until the beta comes out. This is because we will not charge your credit/debit card until the beta becomes available. Regardless of what you used to preorder Elemental, everyone's registrations
Hi Moorenbbs, I've taken care of your issue. I fixed the typo in your email address and refunded the duplicate orders. Keep an eye out for those refunds to appear on your credit/debit card account in the next few days. You can email if you have any questions!
We received Standbob's ticket May 14 2009 11:20 AM EDT and replied to it May 14 2009 07:53 PM EDT, so the turn around was a little more than 8 hours. Not bad! Here's what happened with his order, verbatum from the email he received: <s
If you have lost the receipt and/or are not willing to pay the ($2-$3) shipping cost, there is nothing more we can do for you.
I found it! The order went under your email account with Gmail instead of the email account you use normally. I fixed it up so you should be all set now. I couldn't find your ticket, but I'm sure I'll come across it soon. If you run Impulse, the Object Desktop components will be available under the My Software tab. If anyone has this same problem in the future, email with your PayPal transaction ID, b
Loved it.
My goodness, someone actually emailed in asking for a refund and copied the first post in this thread. Please, do not use the original post in this thread. If you want a refund, simply tell us why! We are collecting information about this that will most likely be helpful in our efforts to make Demigod better. Some people are such sheep! [e digicons]:sheep:[/e]
now that is what I call clarification
LOL! It ended up being much more complicated to explain than I originally thought it would. [e digicons]:X[/e]
