Hopefully soon and hopefully we can get some DLC for Demigod in the near future.

The cold weather isn't helping the hip any at all. I am not liking the return of Winter with all of it's associated aches and pains. Ugh. But what can ya do but grin and bear it, eh? Well I guess that if all those global warming people are right that you can do something about it by outputting more carbon dioxide so maybe if you leave your truck running while your stopped you can do you part to help get rid of the threat of winter. NOOOOO!!!! Now who will complete elemental?
what I don't understand is why certain publishers don't want there games sold all over the world. Can't that only increase sales? Especially if they are already selling their games internationally on other sites and stores (such as Steam).
of course by the time that everyone is over to 64 bit computing then 128 bit will come around...
Glad to hear it. I would really prefer to have most of my digital content on Impulse due to the fast dl speeds but most of the time I have to buy from Steam just because they have the game and Impulse does not and I live in NA. I can't imagine what the catalogue looks like outside of NA.
what I think would make the dynamics more interesting is if the player could define for their civilization at the beginning of the game which sex would the inheritance fall to first (or if the society regards something different like the youngest or eldest regardless of sex). This would make the marrying off a lot more strategic cause then you have to deal with the fact that not all civilizations treat inheritance the same way. This could arise in situations where you have to decide weather y
Or units that are capable of flight or units with flying mounts.
Leinad, as much as I wish otherwise, FS2 sadly can't be added to this list, since kyogre is looking for games released this decade, starting January 1st, 2000.
I was expecting that but a guy can dream can't he? Besides Homeworld 2 I think that a game that truly deserves a sequal but will probably never get it is Freespace 2... Unless Stardock would want to take up the reigns? (A guy can dream can't he?) <
Alright I know that Space Combat sims were mostly worthless the last decade but one game has to be added to that list Freespace 2. released in 1999 (within 10 years of now right?) it is probably the best space combat sim out there and deserves to be on the list.
Personally I think that they are a great way for me to learn about game deals but to eat there own.
Common Midwest Winters aren't all that bad. They can actually be kinda fun. Where else besides Michigan that you have a chance to go Snowmobiling during Spring Break?
Been using fences since it was first released in public beta I honestly don't know how I got along without it.
K just wait till tommorrow then.
Congrats on getting 1.0 done, is it available on impulse yet? I have version .99 and it isn't showing any updates.
YOu should feel lucky! THe current beta is just a pain in the glutes..
That's an interesting way of putting it.
Unfortunently spending a buck is so much easier than making a buck.
I'm betting on Friday any takers?
Correction if this is anything like the begginning of the Gal Civ 2 beta then it will not really be fun. There will be alot of crashes, missing content, simplistic gameplay, and overall an unfinished product (hence the beta term). The fun comes later in beta 3 and 4 after beta testers have helped Stardock iron out the bugs and at that point content from Stardock and features requested from the beta testers begins to come in in earnest and you begin to see something that looks like a finished
It'll be good to get back into the Stardock Beta Process again. Last time I did a beta for them was with the original Galciv2.
Always interesting to read your articles. I get alot more history and a more interesting perspective than anything that the news organizations produce these days. Keep it up!
Does this strike anyone else as Orwellian? Reportin all dissdents (who because they disagree with what your doing are liars) to the president so that he can counter with his own propoganda? That's not to say that there arn't people lying through there teeth about healthcare because of the money thats at stake but I get kinda worried when presidents start doing crap like this.
Thats one of the best comebacks that I have heard in a long time. Definently going to save this one nice find!
I've always loved the Onion cause no matter what they are usually the first to make fun of all sides of any issue. There is no real lean left or right but rather there seems to be a concensus that everything and anything needs to be made fun of and after seeing so many sites just pander to one side or the other its refreshing to see someone take this stance. Plus the contents of that 'article' are something that needed to be said a long time ago.
I hope this game makes it, I havn't been this excited about an RTS since I saw the trailure for Supreme Commander and saw how big the maps were. If Stardock could publish this game, wow, talk about next big hit.
