Losing because of my own faults is totally acceptable, but having someone else be a burden is unpleasant. The matchmaking could use some improvements.

I've been playing other games lately [e digicons]8O[/e] and I've come to the realization that the side of Darkness needs a Demigod that poisons enemies. Spit is the closest thing to this right now, but I think a Demigod focusing on such a concept might be cool. Actives: Toxic Mist: The Demigod would release a purple mist around himself and anything that enters will become poisoned for 'X' seconds and take damage over a period of time. P
In 1v1 how would you determine who desynced and whom should get the loss?
Max the shield, spikes and spike wave as soon as possible. Get the morale when you're not saving a point for one of those three skills. You can do silly things with the shamblers (like farm another lane) but they're mostly gimmicks compared to idols. It is ok to put a Slayers wraps or Wrym-skins on a QoT, btw
This! This has been the final build (as I can come up with nothing better) that I've been using for QoT for s
DAMN WALMART! THIS KEYBOARD DOESN'T TYPE SMALL LETTERS!!!!!!!!!11!!!1
THe problem with Yetis isn't their ability to survive, but rather their ability to kill/harm. My suggestions: Damage boost for Yetis - they need to do enough damage for a player to sacrifice Pounce, Heal, or even Healing Wind. More Yetis - Reason is the same as above. More Yetis means a greater benefit from +minion items.
Your making people pay for demigods now? I'm sorry but that will ruin the game in my option. It feels like you guys just gave up after you have seen the competition like Heroes of Newerth or League of Legends. What happened to you guys supporting the game for many years to come? Honestly - why do we need to pay for extra heroes when we bought the game already. I havn't played the game in like 2 months just because I have been waiting for new demigods. It's boring without new demigods.
How is HoN compared to LoL? Right now I like Demigod more than LoL, but LoL is free and has some quality aspects to it. I also got the impression that HoN will have a map editor of some sort... is that true?
Buff Yetis, buff Shamblers... Buff could mean a lot of things though; Doubling the amount summoned would be considered a buff in my book.
I like the map idea itself, but the seasosn thing probably won't happen... but this map could definitely come in multiple seasons, but it's something that likely wouldn't affect gameplay.
I got in, and I gave my spare key to a friend. The UI is very cluttered, and it tries too hard to be DoTA, and it falsl short. The gameplay for LoL just feels slow, as you start off being barely stronger than the creeps themselves. I can live with the graphics style, but so far Demigod has a better pace... but I'll probably test it a bit more and see how it goes.
I've done this a number of times msyelf... But who cares? Most of the time when I play without someone I know the match always winds up being rather dull... Someone leaves, someone sucks, there's AI, etc... Not too mention the fact that stats are borked.
/no sign I do think that the tower upgrades from the Citadel could use a bit of improvement though.
Rook is a male... Technically he has no gender, but the spirit possessing/controlling him is indeed male according to the back story. Tower upgrades from the Citadel do not affect Rook's towers. Mard's Hammer would be the most fitting favor item for Rook, even if it isn't the most ideal choice. ;)
8 DGs + 8 maps + 0 mod/replay/clan-support = FUN for 2 months, but now the community is tired and thats why the community is shrinking slowly since 2 weeks.
This! It's a good game, but there's nothing new and now it seems there is little to look forward too. There won't be a map editor or Demigod editor, which basically means we won't see new map modes made by players. I was looking forward to modding tools and seeing modes like "T
I don't quite think this would make the game more fun... I do think that there should be an ability, like Morale, that boosts ability damage output by a percentage. This would make builds more diverse.
Screenshots or it didn't happen. ;)
So, I've been on the recieving end of Shamblers and the using end, and their damage doesn't display when they attack something... This goes for damage done to me by shamblers and damage done by my shamblers, it just doesn't seem to show up.
I suggested this some time ago, but it was shot down mainly due to the fact that some towers are too close to one another. Although, I still think it's a feature that should be implemented... but it should cost more than 700 for the first level so that players can't get it at the very start of the game.
I've actually had this happen a few times. The problem goes away eventually, but it pops up every now and again. EDIT: It's nothing new, it's been happening off and on since my roommate got the game.
Just had a game of 4v4 in Pantheon, all of my allies and enemies were generic Demigod AI... Yeah, that needs to be fixed.
If you aren't geared towards minions, meaning morale and minion boosting gear, you aren't really a 'minion oak' - you just have spirits.
Huh? I normally get minions and Hauberk of Life (+minion health helps) and focus primarily on Spirits, but I don't waste the points on an ability like Morale. I think the only character that I have a build involving Morale is for QoT, but it's an unusual build. A "minion Oak" is an Oak that emphasiz
I've gotta agree with this epic wall of text. ;)
For me the minion Oak and Assassin Oak are pretty much the same. I get my minions, my soul power, penitence, and everything else is just fluff.
I think it should be an active slot instead of a passive, plus a minor benefit (+armor?). I'd like (love ;) ) the item either way, but I think this would be a little more balanced.
