I think "Most underused" seems to be a bad way to phrase it. Perhaps "Most Underestimated/Underrated" would be a better choice. While I don't deny that the Sludge Slinger is probably one of the most unused items in the game the title itself doesn't particularly leave itself open to having following articles. I'd like to recommend the Universal Gadget for the next one... at least then I won't feel so bad when my opponents keep saying "WTF!" :P

*Looks at charts* *Sees QoT* [e digicons]:'([/e] Overall good post though with some interesting information.
Meanwhile a QoT will have a good spell to hit your tower, but will have a hard time getting to it because she has no skill to clean the creeps or make the players fallback.
Huh? QoT is probably the best at killing creeps. I think that only the Torch Bearer and UB (with post mortem) compare at killing creeps, although UB only makes my list because he can clear waves without much (if any) mana used. I think Regulus' ability to outrange towers (Snipe

We're still waiting for vastly more important updates.
It'd apply to Oak, Erebus, Rook, QoT as well because they all have abilities that restore health, albeit only Oak can restore health to allies. Even without the abilities there's still the Universal Gadget, a couple of favor items, and potions. It's not like this award has to provide many favor
There are too many advantages for winning. The winning team has benefits from flags and additional gold / items from killing players, which in turn allows them to kill more. The losing side tends to be under leveled and far weaker primarily due to the advantages that the winning team is has. The time spent dead is quite a punishment in this game. While I do think that there should be a change of some sort, I have to say that changing gold
It's easily possible to win against a premade, but it does put you at a disadvantage. I play as a premade when I can because it provides me with a reliable ally. Without forming a premade I find that a fair amount of my matches end simply because my ally bails on me and the match. However, I think the problem is frequently the lack of communication between most players. It's all a premade really offers that gives them any real advantage over you. When Impulse gets voice chat this won'
I can't figure out why, but I feel that Demigod is just more enjoyable. I like the balance a lot more, and the only thing I miss are some of the interesting abilities from DoTA (the hook grab and the Black Hole mainly).
Please just get better at the game. Buy a 50 gold totem of revelation if you refuse to keep an eye on him to watch where he places his mines. If you are determined to charge after a fleeing Regulus and step on his mines, poor you. Stop falling for it. Also, you might want to consider moving when Regulus is winding up to throw mines at your feet.
I know where the mines are. It's not like I'm dying to mines all the time or anything (it happens occassionally though). I'd n
Well at least something good came out of my rant. ;) I'll try an Ice TB a bit more and see how it goes.
I'd rather see Uproot be a target AOE ability (target ground and not unit) that damages the area and has a %chance to stun enemies (higher chance versus Units) in that area for every tick of damage it deals. It should do additional damage to structures. Compost could still boost this ability and it wouldn't be all that much of a change since the last Rank of Uproot gives it an AOE effect.
I feel like ranting after a day of playing Pantheon. :P I'm gonna try and avoid shouting nerf, but I will point out my views on various characters and abilities. Items: Siege Idols: They can outrange towers, and while they are easy to deal with I think it might be a bit excessive to allow this. Universal gadget: It's about time I mention this wonderful item. It comes in handy early on for killin
Pantheon and just about everything else isn't fair. There's always the chance you will get stuck with someone who sucks or even worse, an AI. Premades help make the game more enjoyable. Getting paired with someone you know is far better than getting stuck with random people of varying skill levels. I'd rather matches not be based on the "luck of the draw."
Would you have preferred an AI to feed the enemy? I think you'd have lost either way.
Uproot, Shamblers, and Yetis could all use some improvement.
If Erebus was nerfed based solely on complaints then why wasn't there a slew of other nerfs? Spit, Towers, Bramble Shield, et al. were all complained about (some still are) and no nerfs were issued. So, why was it that Erebus was nerfed? Anyways, whatever the reason they nerfed Erebus for doesn't matter because Erebus is fine as he is now.
Why does this imply cheating? It sounds like a disconnect and stat recording still needs work.
Uproot should be more circle of flames, except it slows and damages enemies that walk into the AOE.
The issue is that I can't see any reason to spend that much money on something when what I have (XP) works rather well (suits my needs). For 50$ (the price of a video game) I'd consider picking it up.
Overall, they seem better... but they don't seem to run away as early enough now.
Universal Gadgets are always a nice way to make quick repairs to structures.
A minion Sedna or QoT can do well, but it's usually easier to go without them. For both Sedna and QoT it takes a lot of skill points to make them worthwhile. This is an issue since it takes Oak and Erebus far less to make use of their minions, and Oak's minions even provide a direct benefit (more damage) to him. Even Oak' flag provides a benefit to the area around it. I'd play with Shamblers if I didn't have to invest in "Entourage" just to make them worth my time. I su
He has a poor computer and runs with a low sim speed or Pantheon still has connectivity issues.
I've gotta agree with Spooky on this... Although, I really wouldn't mind seeing Priests and Angels switched, but I don't think that'd solve the problem.
LoL will release in September, but then, like most multiplayer games, it will have bugs as well... It's also several months away, which gives Demigod mroe than enough time to improve. We could potentially see two new demigods within that time. Demigod has a number of issues (the UI lockups being my major issue) but there's plenty of time before LoL releases and fixes their own problems. I think it will ultimately come down to the quality of the modding that goes on for
